Can I ship products from anywhere in the US?

Yes! We accept shipments from all US carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Ship to our nearest studio in New York or Texas.

Are your photos Amazon-compliant?

Absolutely. All photos meet Amazon TOS requirements: pure white (#FFFFFF) background, sRGB color space, minimum 1000px on the longest side.

Do you offer ghost mannequin photography?

Yes, ghost mannequin (invisible mannequin) is available for apparel. We also offer flat lay and styled options.

What file formats do you deliver?

We deliver high-resolution JPEG and PNG files. Raw files available upon request. All images are color-corrected and retouched.

Can I request revisions?

Yes, one round of revisions is included. Additional revision rounds are available. You review and approve everything through our client portal.

Jewelry is our specialty. We use specialized macro lenses and anti-reflection lighting setups for watches, rings, necklaces, and gemstones.
